Photography & Media Policy
Mashomack Polo Club is a private club. To protect the privacy of our members and guests, as well as the interests of the Club, its sponsors, partners, and official media team, all professional photography and videography on Club grounds requires prior authorization from Mashomack Polo Club. To request permission to engage in photography and videography, please contact info@mashomackpolo.com

 

Proof of insurance is required to obtain permission for photography and videography.
 

Professional Photography & Videography
Photographers, videographers, content creators, and media representatives must receive prior approval from the Club before photographing or filming on Club property.
Photographers or videographers hired by an individual player, team, sponsor, member, or guest may be granted access for that specific assignment. Authorization is limited to the individual, team, sponsor, or purpose for which they were engaged and does not constitute permission to provide general coverage of Mashomack Polo Club or its events.
 

Unless specifically authorized by the Club, outside photographers and videographers may not:

• Provide general match, tournament, or event coverage.

• Photograph or film players, teams, sponsors, members, guests, hospitality areas, or Club activities outside the scope of their approved assignment.

• Photograph official Club moments, including trophy presentations and sponsor activations, for commercial, editorial, or promotional purposes.

• Sell, license, publish, distribute, or otherwise commercially use imagery of Mashomack Polo Club, its events, members, guests, sponsors, or branding without prior approval.

• Represent themselves as an official photographer, videographer, or media representative of Mashomack Polo Club.

 

Designated Photography Areas
Certain field-side, goal-line, and other photography positions may be reserved for Mashomack Polo Club's Official Photographer and Club-authorized media.
Outside photographers may not photograph from designated or restricted media positions without prior approval from the Club, even when they have been hired by a player, team, sponsor, member, or guest.
The Club reserves the right to determine appropriate shooting locations in the interest of safety, event operations, and ensuring that official Club photography can be carried out without obstruction or interference.

Personal Photography
Members and guests are welcome to take casual photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use, provided that doing so does not interfere with play, event operations, official photography, or the privacy of others.

Media Access
Mashomack Polo Club reserves the right to restrict photography or videography at any time and may ask anyone operating without appropriate authorization, outside the scope of their approved assignment, or from a restricted photography area to relocate or cease photographing.
All professional photography, videography, press, and media access requests must be approved by Mashomack Polo Club in advance.
